About Us
We are a family owned and operated food truck and events catering company. Spring Loaded first started in 2017 focusing on bringing a different food truck experience with fully loaded gourmet spring rolls. Since then, we have branched out to offer private caterings, live food stations and more.
Executive Chef and owner, Nalaka Liyanage has over 15 years of culinary experience. He has a passion for food and takes pride in his culinary creations. He is inspired by the diverse cuisines found in Toronto. He maintains a high standard of professionalism, service, and quality.
